The WebberStop Cloud Platform provides a centralized, intuitive interface to manage infrastructure, applications, user accounts, billing, backups, and more. Designed for operational efficiency, the portal offers robust capabilities for deploying, scaling, and maintaining your cloud resources with ease.
This overview serves as a practical reference for navigating and utilizing key features of the platform.
Platform Overview
The CMP offers streamlined access to:
- Infrastructure provisioning (VMs, storage, networks)
- Kubernetes orchestration
- Backup and disaster recovery
- System monitoring and snapshots
- Application templates and ISO management
- Role-based access control and billing
Account Registration
To begin using the platform:
- Navigate to the WebberStop CMP portal.
- Provide your full name, email, phone number, and create a secure password.
- Verify your email by submitting the OTP sent to your inbox.
- Log in using your newly created credentials.
Projects
The Projects module allows you to organize and isolate cloud resources:
- Group VMs, firewalls, storage, and networks by project
- Improve resource governance and access control
- Maintain clarity for multi-environment or multi-team usage
Instances
Within the Instances section, you can deploy and manage virtual machines. Capabilities include:
- Real-time CPU, RAM, and disk I/O statistics
- Volume management (attach, detach, resize)
- IPv4/IPv6 configuration
- System upgrades and instance labeling
- Access to console, snapshot, backup, and password reset tools

Monitoring
The Monitoring panel provides visibility into instance performance:
- Historical and real-time graphs for CPU, memory, disk, and network usage
- Drill-down views by instance
- Proactive troubleshooting and optimization
Snapshots
Use the Snapshot feature to capture system states:
- Available for both Instances and Block Storage
- Supports system rollback and recovery
- Ideal for maintenance and testing scenarios
Backups
The Backup service ensures business continuity:
- Automated backups (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Data stored on redundant infrastructure
- File system-only backups (excluding block storage volumes)
Templates
Create reusable templates for rapid deployment:
- Upload images in qcow2, RAW, VHD, or VMDK formats
- Accelerate provisioning for pre-configured environments
ISOs
Install custom operating systems or environments:
- Upload ISO images via URL
- Ideal for deploying custom OS builds or recovery environments
Veeam Backup Integration
Leverage Veeam for enterprise-grade backup and recovery:
- Easily configure and manage backup jobs
- Choose plans aligned to your SLAs
- Access WebberStop’s distributed Veeam infrastructure
Kubernetes

Marketplace Apps
Deploy production-ready applications with one click:
- Select from a curated list of apps (e.g., WordPress, GitLab, Nextcloud)
- Platform provisions a new instance with the selected stack pre-installed
Block Storage
Access and manage scalable, persistent storage:
- Attach and detach volumes
- View usage metrics
- Create snapshots as needed
Quota Management
Monitor usage and available resources across datacenters:
- View CPU, RAM, storage, and network quotas
- Submit quota increase requests directly from the dashboard
Load Balancer
Ensure application high availability and fault tolerance:

Networking
