Payment Methods

The Payment Methods section in the Webberstop Cloud Portal allows you to securely manage how you pay for cloud services. Whether you're using a credit card or opting for manual payments such as bank transfers, this feature ensures your services remain active and bills are paid on time.
💳 Add a Payment Method
To add or manage your payment method:
- Navigate to the Billing section from the sidebar.
- Click on Payment Methods.
You will see two available options:
🔹 Credit Card Payments
- Click the Credit Cards tab.
- Select the Proceed button.
- You will be redirected to a secure payment service provider page to enter your card details.
- Once submitted, the card will appear in your profile and can be set as the default payment method.
🔹 Manual Payments (Bank Transfer)
- Select the Manual Payment tab.
- You will see bank account details for making future payments via transfer.
✅ Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and others
- Bank Transfers (manual)
- Cheque (for enterprise clients upon request)
🧾 Submitting a Manual Payment Ticket
If you've chosen Manual Payment as your default method, you must submit a transaction ticket to confirm your payment.
To submit a payment ticket:
- Go to Billing > Payment Methods > Manual Payment.
- Click the (+) button at the top-right of the screen.
- Fill in the required fields in the form:
- Amount: Total transferred.
- Transaction ID: Provided by your bank.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer or cheque.
- Transaction Date: Date of payment.
- Select Invoices: Choose unpaid invoices you want to clear.
- Upload File: Attach your transfer receipt (PDF, image, etc.).
- Click Submit.
Our billing team will verify the payment and update your invoice status accordingly.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date. Failure to do so may result in service disruption.

All payments are non-refundable, except in limited situations such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Verified account issues

All charges are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which may vary depending on your billing address and country.

Billing cycles are set based on your selected plan. To request a change (e.g., from hourly to yearly billing), please contact support.
For enterprise users or high-value accounts, additional payment options (like invoicing or PO-based billing) can be discussed upon request.
