Subscriptions

Subscriptions allow you to access and use Webberstop cloud services based on your selected plan and billing cycle. Through the portal, you can easily view, manage, and cancel your active or inactive subscriptions.


📦 Viewing & Managing Subscriptions

To manage your subscriptions:

  1. Navigate to the Billing section in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the Subscriptions tab.
  3. You will see a list of all your Active Subscriptions.

Each entry includes:

  • Service Name: Name of the cloud service subscribed to
  • Description: Details about the service functionality
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly or Yearly
  • Service Period: Duration covered by the current cycle
  • Price: Subscription cost per cycle
  • Quantity: Number of units subscribed
  • Created Date: When the subscription started
  • Next Billing Date: When the next renewal will be charged

Use the search box at the top to find a subscription by name.

Click the file icon (Export to Excel) to download a list of all active subscriptions to your device.


⛔ Viewing Inactive Subscriptions

To review past subscriptions:

  1. While in the Subscriptions tab, switch to the In-Active Subscriptions section.
  2. You'll see a list of all non-active or canceled subscriptions.

Each entry shows:

  • Service Name
  • Description
  • Price
  • Quantity
  • Service Period
  • Deleted Date

Search by name to locate a specific inactive service.


🔄 Canceling a Subscription

To cancel an active subscription:

  1. From the Active Subscriptions list, locate the service you wish to cancel.
  2. Click the three dots (⋯) under the Actions column.
  3. Select Cancel from the pop-up window.
  4. Confirm your action to finalize the cancellation.

⚠️ Once canceled, the subscription cannot be reactivated. Access will continue until the current billing cycle ends.

Each subscription includes the following key information:

  • Service Name
  • Billing Cycle (Hourly or Monthly or Yearly)
  • Start Date
  • Next Billing Date
  • Status: Active, Paused, or Canceled

Subscription Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Monitoring active and inactive subscriptions
  • Making timely payments
  • Canceling services you no longer require

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once paid.
  • You retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Deleted subscriptions cannot be reactivated.

Can I have multiple subscriptions at the same time?

Yes. You can maintain multiple active subscriptions for different services or use cases.

What happens if I cancel a subscription?

Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, the service will be deactivated and removed from your account.
