The Transactions section in the Webberstop Cloud Portal provides a complete record of all payments made for cloud services, including manual payments, adjustments, and refunds (if applicable). Reviewing your transaction history ensures that payments are accurately applied and reconciled against invoices.
📂 View Your Transactions
To access your transaction history:
- Navigate to the Billing section from the left sidebar.
- Scroll to the Transactions section.
- A list of all past transactions will be displayed.
Each entry provides high-level details at a glance, including:
- Transaction ID
- Transaction Date
- Payment Method
- Amount Paid
- Status (e.g., successful, pending, failed)
🧾 Transaction Details
Clicking into a specific transaction will provide the following details:

Transaction ID | A unique identifier assigned to each transaction |
Transaction Date | The date and time the payment was processed |
Payment Method | Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cheque, etc. |
Amount | The amount paid for the transaction (excluding tax) |
Total | The full amount paid, including applicable taxes |
This helps ensure complete transparency and allows for easy payment verification.
